Cancellation Policy
Deposits are taken to reserve space for your shipment on an available truck. These deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. Once your move is scheduled, space is reserved with a carrier, and truck routes are determined. The cancellation policy is in place to compensate carriers for losses resulting from such cancellations.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to North America Transfer no later than 96 hours prior to the first scheduled pickup date in order to avoid any miscommunications.
